The centre provides accredited training programmes, which take into account current theories and the implications of the latest equality legislation. The training programmes use credible material, which compliment all learning styles giving practical examples and evidence of best practice.
It is our objective to reach as many individuals and organisations as we can with our approach and ideas. We are seeking to raise understanding and provide a new approach to the increasingly important topics under the umbrella of Social Inclusion. We have produced accredited training programmes, which enhance people’s knowledge through the following approach.

All the programmes have up-to-date material, which is taken from a wide range of sources and delivered using compelling and powerful methods. These methods challenge and motivate participants to increase their performance and activate the change required to ensure organisations meet the legislation.
The material is based on academic standards. These standards are relevant and targeted to ensure the rigorous assessment process is achieved and that the evidence is produced to gain the award. The standards also ensure the material is reliable and credible, adding value to an individual’s personal development.
Our programmes
Our accredited training programmes are modular and designed to be flexible to ensure the learner can carry them out at their own pace. The only requirement is that the training days are attended and followed sequentially in order to build up the knowledge base.
