Access Audit Practitioner – Level 4
This programme will help the learner
- Understand the DDA legal framework
- Understand the models of disability
- Identify organisational issues around accessibility for a service (including buildings, attitudes, behaviour and communications media)
- Present and prepare an organisational access report for the issues and recommendations
- Identify areas where institutional discrimination exists in an organisation.

This qualification is spread out over nine tutored days and it consists of three modules.
Assessment criteria — the individual is required to complete a series of evidence-based assessments, which also includes a practical assessment.
Disability Equality Certificate – Level 2
This programme will help the learner
- Understand the history of
Disability equality - Define the models of disability and social inclusion
- Recognise why language is important
- Appreciate the importance of the DDA including accessibility and PEEP’s issues
- Realise the importance of independent living.

- Understand disability from multiple perspectives – management, political, economic, social, historical and psychological
- Understand how to manage disability equality in the workplace
- Understand how to communicate ideas of disability equality in an organisation
- Understand what is required to implement disability equality within an organisation.

Assessment criteria — the individual is required to complete a series of evidence-based assessments, based on a mixture of learning logs, assessments, and multiple-choice questionnaires.
