Understand the barriers around accessibility

  • Identify issues around organisational barriers around attitudes and behaviours
  • Identify areas where institutional discrimination takes place including polices, practices and procedures.
Promote accessibility within an organisation
  • Understand the standards and good practices around accessibility
  • Prepare issues around accessibility
  • Present the issues and recommendations around accessibility.

This qualification is spread out over nine tutored days and it consists of three modules.

Assessment criteria — the individual is required to complete a series of evidence-based assessments, which also includes a practical assessment.
