Equality Schemes

Gallant2000 have consultants who are qualified to assist organisations in the development of their Equality Schemes. The schemes are driven by Equality standards which have been developed and designed by Equality experts and professionals.

The creation of Equality Schemes is tailor-made for each organisation, and the ownership and control should not be devolved to anyone else. Our consultants assist with some of the knowledge required to form this legal document, making it a dynamic and powerful process — not just a piece of paper.

The consultants help organisations follow a process, which drives the progression and understanding of the Equality schemes helping and progressing the change throughout the organisation. The process has been created by the team at Gallant2000, and shows where to collect the information, and how to streamline the production of data.

Gallant2000 commissioned the design of a software package DesManager for the Disability Equality Scheme in 2006. This helped collect the information which enhanced and contributed to the production and maintenance of the DES. Gallant2000 are looking to commission the production of a EqualityManager for the future to help with the production of Equality schemes.
